About Shon
I was born and raised in Southeast Texas (Orange) and lived there for 47 years before moving to Wisconsin in 2008. I grew up about 5 miles from the Louisiana border and come from Cajun descent. I was fortunate to have learned how to cook with the Texas and Cajun family recipes. I cooked and judged in many events over the years and always had a passion for BBQ and Cajun specialties.
